Built by an agency, for the work agencies do every month
RankThat™ was built inside an SEO agency to run our own client sites, because the tools we paid for were great at finding problems and no help fixing them.
Why RankThat exists
Every month looked the same. Export an audit from one tool, rankings from another, Search Console from a third. Paste it all into a report template. Then spend days on fixes everyone already knew about: titles too long, redirects missing, schema absent, images too heavy.
So we built one place that does the whole loop: crawl the site, explain what is wrong, write the fix, apply it in WordPress, check it went live, track what happens in Google and in AI assistants, and draft the client report.
RankThat runs on real client sites every day. When something slows that work down, we fix it. That is most of the roadmap, and you can follow it on What’s new.
The short version
- Find: 100+ audit checks in plain English
- Fix: drafts you review, applied in WordPress, with undo
- Track: Google rankings, the map pack and AI answers
- Report: a monthly report written for you to approve
What we believe
Do the work, not just the report
An SEO tool that finds 300 problems and fixes none of them has moved the work, not done it. RankThat drafts the fix and, on WordPress, applies it.
Plain English for business owners
Every audit issue and every report line is written for the person paying the bill. If a client can’t follow it, it isn’t finished.
Nothing changes without you
Fixes are drafts until you approve them. Every change can be undone. Reports are never sent without a person reading them first.
An honest crawler
RankThatBot says who it is, follows robots.txt and never tries to get past a firewall. When a site blocks it, we say so.
