The best AgencyAnalytics alternatives in 2026 (and when to stay with AgencyAnalytics)

Facts checked October 2026. Prices change: check each vendor before buying.

AgencyAnalytics is a client reporting platform. It pulls data from 85+ marketing tools into white-label dashboards and reports, and adds some SEO tools on the side. So the right AgencyAnalytics alternative depends on what you want to change. Some agencies want a cheaper or more flexible dashboard. Others realize they mostly report on SEO and would rather have a platform that does the SEO work and reports it in one place.

This article covers both kinds: four reporting tools and two SEO platforms with client reporting built in. Every price comes from the vendor’s official pricing page, checked in October 2026. For RankThat on its own against AgencyAnalytics, see RankThat vs AgencyAnalytics.

Why agencies look for an alternative to AgencyAnalytics

AgencyAnalytics’ Core plan is $20 per client per month, billed annually, with unlimited staff and client users. Volume pricing applies from 25 clients. Agencies that leave usually mention one of these:

  • Per-client pricing grows with you. Ten clients on Core is $200 a month billed annually. Each new client adds to the bill, whatever the size of the account.
  • SEO tracking is an add-on. Rank Tracker costs $41.67/mo for 500 keywords and AI Tracker (beta) $20.83/mo for 250 credits, both billed annually.
  • The SEO tools are light. The Site Auditor checks 40+ common issues, and there is no dedicated keyword research tool listed. Most SEO agencies still pay for a second tool to do the research and audits.
  • Reporting isn’t doing. A dashboard shows that rankings dipped. It doesn’t find the broken redirect, fix it or write the paragraph explaining it to the client.
  • Annual commitment. Annual plans require a one-year commitment; monthly plans cost more.

If your agency runs PPC, social, email and SEO for the same clients, AgencyAnalytics’ breadth is the point and these may not matter. If 80% of what you report is SEO, they matter a lot.

What it costs as you add clients

Here is the arithmetic for an SEO-focused agency at three sizes, using AgencyAnalytics’ annual prices and RankThat’s monthly prices. The AgencyAnalytics column adds one Rank Tracker block of 500 keywords, which is only 50 keywords per client at 10 clients; more keywords cost more.

ClientsAgencyAnalytics CorePlus Rank Tracker (500 keywords)RankThat
5$100/mo$141.67/moProfessional, $99/mo
10$200/mo$241.67/moEnterprise, $199/mo
20$400/mo$441.67/moEnterprise, $199/mo

Volume pricing on AgencyAnalytics starts at 25 clients, so very large agencies should ask for a quote. RankThat yearly billing is 10 months’ price, which lowers its column further. The comparison is not like for like: AgencyAnalytics includes PPC, social and email reporting that RankThat doesn’t have, and RankThat includes audits, fixes, keyword research and AI visibility that AgencyAnalytics sells as add-ons or doesn’t offer. Price the tool against the work you actually deliver.

What to test during a trial

Whichever tool you trial, rebuild one real client’s last report in it. Time how long it takes, check whether every number you normally show is there, and ask a colleague who doesn’t know the client to read it. If they can explain what happened that month, the report works.

The alternatives

RankThat

Who it suits: SEO-focused agencies and freelancers, especially with WordPress and local business clients.

Price: Professional $99/mo covers 5 projects with rank tracking, AI visibility, local SEO, white-label reports and a client portal. Enterprise $199/mo covers unlimited projects and team members. Starter is $50/mo for one project. Yearly billing is 10 months’ price. 14-day free trial; you add a card at sign-up and aren’t charged until the trial ends. See pricing.

Strengths:

  • It does the SEO work before reporting it: a 100+ check site audit, fixes applied in WordPress by the free Bridge plugin, daily or weekly rank tracking, AI visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews, and a Local Rank Grid.
  • Monthly reports are drafted in plain English (clicks, calls, rankings, work completed) with fair month-on-month and year-on-year comparisons. You review and approve; nothing is sent automatically.
  • Clients log in read-only to their own sites through the client portal. Pricing is per plan, not per client.

Limitation: RankThat has no ads or PPC tools and doesn’t report on paid social or email. If you need those channels in the same report, it won’t replace AgencyAnalytics on its own.

DashThis

Who it suits: agencies that want simple multi-channel dashboards priced by dashboard.

Price: Individual $54/mo (3 dashboards), Professional $164/mo (10), Business $324/mo (25), Standard $499/mo (50 and up). Paid yearly: $44, $139, $279 and $429 a month. A 14-day trial with 10 dashboards.

Strengths:

  • Unlimited users and white label on every plan, including custom domain and custom email.
  • 34+ integrations, among them Google Search Console, Semrush, Moz and Ahrefs, plus Google Sheets and CSV for anything else.

Limitation: it is a reporting layer. Rankings, audits and backlink data have to come from SEO tools you pay for separately.

Swydo

Who it suits: agencies with many clients but a modest number of connected accounts.

Price: one plan with all features, $69 a month including 10 data sources (euro pricing in the EU, €62/mo billed annually). Extra data sources are priced per source on a sliding scale. 14-day free trial, no card required.

Strengths:

  • Unlimited clients, users, dashboards and reports.
  • Full white-labeling and branding tools on the single plan.

Limitation: the cost follows the number of data sources, so an agency connecting several accounts per client will move well past the base price.

Whatagraph

Who it suits: larger agencies that want polished reports across many sources and can commit annually.

Price: Max from €699/mo billed annually, from 50 credits (each connected data account uses one credit). Prime is custom.

Strengths:

  • Unlimited users and reports on both plans.
  • Custom branding included; a custom report domain is an add-on on Prime.

Limitation: the entry price and annual billing put it out of reach for small agencies, and the pricing page doesn’t mention a free trial.

Data Studio (Google)

Who it suits: agencies with someone who enjoys building reports and wants to keep software costs low.

Price: the self-service version is free. Data Studio Pro (formerly Looker Studio Pro) is $9 per user per project per month and adds team content management and support.

Strengths:

  • Native connectors for Google data, plus 1,300+ community connectors for other databases and apps.
  • Full control over layout and calculations.

Limitation: you build and maintain every report yourself, and data from non-Google tools usually comes through third-party community connectors, so check each one before relying on it.

SE Ranking with the Agency Pack

Who it suits: SEO agencies that want broad research data and white-label client access in one tool.

Price: Core $129/mo (10 projects, 2,000 keywords tracked daily, 1 seat), $103.20 billed annually, plus the Agency Pack at +$69/mo (annual billing only) for white label and 30 client seats.

Strengths:

  • Rank tracking on Google, Bing, Yahoo and YouTube, a 115+ check website audit, keyword research and a 2.9T backlink database.
  • The Agency Pack adds white label for the platform and reports, plus Agency Catalog placement and a lead generator.

Limitation: AI Search tracking is a further $89/mo add-on, and like AgencyAnalytics, its audit gives how-to-fix steps rather than applying fixes.

When to stay with AgencyAnalytics

Stay if your reports cover more than SEO. Pulling Google Ads, Meta, email and call tracking into the same white-label dashboard is what AgencyAnalytics does well, and none of the SEO platforms on this list replace that. It also wins if you need unlimited staff and client users on every account, roll-up dashboards across clients, anomaly detection, benchmarks and forecasting, or white label down to a custom domain and email.

A common setup is to keep AgencyAnalytics for multi-channel clients and move SEO-only clients to an SEO platform where the work and the report live together.

Switching from AgencyAnalytics to RankThat

AgencyAnalytics data doesn’t import into RankThat, so plan the switch around a report date.

  1. Save what you have. Download past client reports as PDFs, and export any Rank Tracker keyword lists with their locations.
  2. Add each client site as a project, then connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Google Business Profile. These bring their own history from Google, so traffic and click trends don’t start from zero.
  3. Paste each client’s keywords into a Keyword List and send them to the Rank Tracker. Ranking history in RankThat starts from that day.
  4. Install the free Bridge plugin on WordPress sites and run the first audit, so the first report has completed work to show.
  5. Set up branding and invite clients to the portal with the Client (view only) role. Agency staff get Editor or Admin, per site or for all sites.
  6. Review the first drafted report next to your last AgencyAnalytics report, then tell the client what changed and why.

Switch at the start of a reporting month. The client gets one clean report from the new tool instead of a month split across two.

The monthly SEO report template for clients shows what a good SEO report includes, and white-label reporting covers what clients see.
